To assure the continued privacy and confidentiality of your personal financial information, your credit union observes these practices and procedures:

Information we collect                                                      

We collect nonpublic information about you from some or all of the following sources:

• Information we receive from you on  applications or other forms

• Information about your transactions with us,  our affiliates, or others

• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency

Information we disclose                                                    

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our members and former members to affiliates or non-affiliated third parties except as permitted by law.

Our security measures                                                      

We restrict access to nonpublic information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply  with Federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Our web site policies                                                        

Our credit union respects your privacy.  Through web site, we strive to provide valuable information to you about how we may serve you, and whether you are a valued existing member or someone interested in joining our credit union, we hope our site answers your questions about our products, services, and hours.

As a visitor to our web site, you need not be concerned about the privacy of your personal information.  Our site is not designed to collect personally identifying data on visitors.  If, however, you choose to contact us via email, please keep in mind that your email address, and any other information your email header shows about you, such as your name or organization, will be revealed to us in the email.  We pledge that when you communicate with us via email, we will use your email information only for the specific purpose of responding to your comments or questions.  Your email address will not be sold, nor will it be shared wit others outside the credit union unless we are compelled to do so by law.

Credit union members and the public may receive copies of this notice of privacy practices by contacting the credit union.
